For most projects there’s no big upfront design fee – you simply choose a plan and start on the monthly price. If your project is unusually large or complex, we’ll discuss it clearly before any work begins so there are no surprises.
For a typical Seed or Grow site, we aim to go from first call to launch in around 2–3 weeks, depending mainly on how quickly you approve content and designs. Thrive projects with more pages and custom sections may take a little longer, but we still work to a clear timeline.
A small update is something like changing text on a page, swapping a photo, adding a testimonial or updating your opening hours. Larger changes, such as new page designs, structural changes or new features, can be quoted separately so you always know where you stand.
Once you’ve completed 12 months of payments, you own the website. You can keep your current plan and continue getting content updates and support, or move to a lower hosting only option if you just want us to keep things running securely on our server.
Your site runs on managed web hosting with an SSL certificate included as standard. We handle the technical side — server setup, security patches and WordPress updates on full plans — and take daily backups so there’s always a recent copy of your site if something goes wrong. A global CDN also helps your site load quickly for visitors in the UK and beyond.
